Effective Date: 08/01/2021

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by [Path To Approval], a credit repair company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our credit repair services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

1. Services Provided

The Company offers credit repair services aimed at helping clients improve their credit reports by disputing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information on credit reports. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Reviewing your credit reports from the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion)
  2. Identifying potential errors or inaccuracies on your credit reports
  3. Disputing items on your credit reports that we believe are inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable
  4. Offering personalized credit improvement advice and guidance
  5. Providing updates and progress reports on disputes

2. Eligibility and Account Information

To use our services, you must provide accurate and truthful information about your credit history, debts, and any other relevant financial details. You agree to provide the necessary documents (such as credit reports) and authorize us to take necessary actions to initiate credit repair services on your behalf. You also agree to notify us promptly if there are any changes to your personal or financial information.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for the following:

  1. Reviewing your credit reports and ensuring the accuracy of the information provided to us.
  2. Understanding that credit repair may take time and that results cannot be guaranteed.
  3. Cooperating with the Company’s efforts and responding promptly to requests for information or documentation.
  4. Being the person legally authorized to request credit repair services for the credit reports you provide.

4. Fees and Payment

Our credit repair services are provided for a fee. We will outline the specific fees in a separate agreement or contract. The payment terms will be as follows:

  1. Initial Fee: The Company may charge an initial fee for consultation, credit report review, or other upfront services.
  2. Ongoing Fees: After the initial fee, ongoing services may be billed monthly or as otherwise agreed upon.
  3. No Advance Fees: The Company will not charge any fees for services before completing the work as per the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) guidelines.

Payments for services must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in the Agreement, and you are responsible for paying all applicable fees for services rendered.

5. No Guarantees or Results

While we will make every reasonable effort to improve your credit report and score, we do not guarantee specific results. The outcome of credit repair services depends on numerous factors, including the nature of the issues on your credit report and how credit bureaus respond to disputes. We cannot guarantee the removal of any specific item from your credit report or a specific improvement in your credit score.

6. Termination and Cancellation

You may cancel this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the Company. If you cancel before the completion of any services, you will not be charged for any services that have not yet been performed. Any fees for services already provided are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

The Company may terminate this Agreement for any reason, including but not limited to failure to cooperate with the credit repair process or providing false or misleading information.

7. Confidentiality and Data Security

We are committed to safeguarding your personal information. We will take reasonable steps to protect your data and only use it for the purposes of providing credit repair services. We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required for the performance of services or as required by law.
